...was so much fun! My son and I drove up for another visit (just can't stay away from that baby!!) this past weekend. It's amazing that he survived the 5 hour ride...I mean, he only had a dvd player, Gameboy, books, my iPod and my charming conversation...BORING! He hates when my husband and I say "Do you know what we had in the car with us???" -- his response is usually "NOTHING, I KNOW!" Pretty soon he'll start hearing stories about how we had to walk 3 miles to school each day, uphill, in the snow, with no shoes. At least we don't exaggerate TOO much :)
Anyway, we had a wonderful time visiting my family. My dad and stepmom were wonderful hosts as always. My stepmom went crazy with the food...it was GREAT! The only thing that would have made it better is if my husband could have joined us. Hopefully next time. Here are a few pics of the weekend. ENJOY!!

these pics from Easter are great. Personally, I think the one of Sam is the best! Boy do we make cute boys, or what?!?! I love all of them...it's kind of funny how you can tell who the new Mommy is though...I sure look tired! You really are so talented though Ash...you should be really proud of yourself.
