I've had this blog up for quite a while now and have yet to fill out this "about me" section. I'm not real keen on talking about myself but we'll see how this goes. I am a mom...a wife...a daughter...a sister (and so on and so forth)...and yes, a photographer. I started taking pictures about 100 years ago in high school (oh wait, and I'm an exaggerater!) and just fell in love. Once my son was born I couldn't put the camera down. I started getting requests from friends and it sort of just grew into what it is today all on its own. I don't like to label myself as one type of photographer or another. I don't like to limit the possibilities. Okay, to be honest, I know that I'll never be a crime scene photographer. Blech!
The other thing I love to do is write. I'm definitely a better photographer than I am a writer, but I still enjoy it. Makes this blog thing pretty cool for me to do. Someday I hope to put all of my ramblings together as an actual book...even if it's just for myself.
So how was that? Do you have a better idea of who I am? Probably not. Like I said, describing myself is not a strong suit. All you really need to know is that I love what I do and try to make the experience for my clients a fun one. There...that's "about me"...
