...holy moly this was a big one!! And OH so cool!!! I had the honor of photographing Miss {N}'s bat mitzvah this week and it was amazing. After some lovely photos at the synagogue on Thursday it was off to an awesome party on Saturday at STRIKE Bethesda. This place is a kid's dream...bowling, movie screens, arcade and all around coolness. Then there was the entertainment crew. WHAT!?!?! This group was fan-freakin'-tastic! Led by emcee Ish, this bunch from Glyde Productions kept the party rockin'. DJ, emcee & dancers...SO much fun and genuinely great people. I would TOTALLY recommend using them. In fact, I'm trying to figure out a reason to throw a party myself just so I can use them. Then there was the vendor, Washington Talent, who provided metal street signs with the kids' names (they made these on site!) as well as a photo booth which the kids loved! Very neat. Oh, and I can't forget the cake. THE CAKE. Designed by the bat mitzvah girl herself and brought to life by the amazing Leslie. I've never seen a cake like this in person...I really don't understand that amazing talent. SO, after that LONG recap of events, here is your sneak peek {P} family. What a Bat Mitzvah & party!!The "old folks" were terrible at dancing (except Margie, Natalia and a few others)and worse at bowling but boy did we have fun. THE PICTURES SAY IT ALL.
